Catholic Charities is proud to host an in-person Mental Health First Aid Training on Tuesday, July 22, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM at our Covington office, located at 3629 Church Street, Covington, KY 41015.
This vital initiative is designed to equip community members with practical tools to recognize and respond to signs of mental health challenges. Mental Health First Aid is a training that reduces stigma, teaches participants how to identify warning signs and symptoms, and prepares “first aiders” to use a five-step action plan when encountering someone in a mental health crisis.
Whether you’re a parent, teacher, friend, neighbor, or professional, this training is a meaningful way to support mental wellness in our community.
