The Thomas More Saints improved to 24-0 with a big win at St. Vincent in Latrobe, Pa.
The #2-ranked women’s basketball team trailed early, but used a 27-2 second quarter to run up the scoreboard and pull away for an 82-46 win.
Madison Temple led the Saints with 20 points and four rebounds. Her two assists in the game tie her for the all-time career leader in that category at Thomas More with Devin Beasley (who played from 2010-2014).
Kaela Saner added 15 points and six rebounds.
Thomas More won’t play again until Feb. 17 when Wilberforce comes to Crestview Hills for a 2 p.m. tip-off.
The team’s four seniors will be honored prior to the start of the game.
