Jason Reser has been named as the new executive director of the Cincinnati Off Road Alliance.
The alliance, known as CORA, is a recreational nonprofit that maintains about 115 miles of natural surface trails for bikers, hikers and trail runners throughout both the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati regions.
Reser formerly served as the organization’s trail development director.

“These trails are for more than just recreation,” said Reser a press release. “They are about connection to nature, to each other and to the neighborhoods we call home. I am honored to help lead the charge to bring this transformative vision to life.”
As the new executive director, Reser will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s five-year strategic plan, which aims to establish 375 miles of multi-use paths, 14 bike skills parks and bicycle playgrounds and four regional bike parks around the organization’s service area by 2030. You can learn more about the plan at CORA’s blog page.
“When kids grow up riding bikes, they’re more likely to stay active as adults,” Reser said later in the release. “Our investment in bike parks helps create fun, safe spaces where young riders can build skills, confidence and a lifelong love for the outdoors.”
