- Verst Logistics has moved its executive leadership and 75 employees into a 20,119-square-foot office at Olympic Corporate Center II in CirclePort.

- Founded in 1966, the Walton-based logistics company has expanded across six states and is positioning the CirclePort office to support continued growth.
Verst Logistics, one of Northern Kentucky’s largest logistics companies, has relocated its executive staff to an office building in CirclePort.
Company leaders described the move as a celebration of Verst’s 60th anniversary. Dubbed the Verst Logistics Excellence Center, the office at Olympic Corporate Center II at 3900 Olympic Blvd. in CirclePort will serve as a hub for the company’s logistics operations.
On Wednesday, Verst held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for employees, celebrating the company’s future while also reflecting on its history.
Verst President and CEO Todd Johnson said the executive center will be a home base for the company’s employees and systems, as well as a place to recruit and develop employees and host customers.
“It’s going to be the home base for many of the people, systems and resources that really fuel the growth that we’ve experienced recently and in the past, and ongoing into our future,” Johnson said. “It’s also going to provide a first-class facility and centrally located environment where we can attract, develop and retain exceptional talent, as well as host our clients for visiting one of our many sites here in the Northern Kentucky area.”
The 20,119-square-foot Class A facility, located at 3900 Olympic Blvd., brings Verst’s executive leadership and 75 employees together under one roof. Verst Logistics will occupy the building’s fifth floor. Catholic Health Initiatives previously occupied the floor, but the nonprofit has since relocated down to the third floor.
Boone County Judge/Executive Gary Moore described the move as another investment by Verst into Boone County and Northern Kentucky overall.
“I’m honored to be here today to say thank you all for another investment in the region and in Boone County,” Moore said. “Your commitment here to this new space; the front door it gives you to thousands of cars on I-275 with your sign up top.”
Verst Logistics was founded in 1966 by William Verst. His son, Paul, assumed control in 1993, helping expand the company’s operational footprint across six states in the southeastern and midwestern U.S.
Today, Verst offers a range of third-party logistics and supply-chain services, including warehousing and contract logistics, omnichannel fulfillment, contract packaging, shrink-sleeve labeling, transportation management and freight brokerage. Verst is currently headquartered in Walton.
Verst’s new office at CirclePort is a marriage of one of Northern Kentucky’s marquee logistics companies with one of the region’s most prominent corporate developments. With its proximity to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and Interstates 71/75, CirclePort has emerged as a hub for major employers and corporate offices.
CirclePort is home to several prominent companies and organizations, including Archer-Daniels-Midland, Total Quality Logistics, Answers in Genesis, St. Elizabeth Healthcare and Toyota Boshoku. The development is owned by Covington-based real estate investment firm Corporex.
“As Corporex recently celebrated 60 years of shaping regional development, strategic real estate partnerships like this one with Verst Logistics demonstrate the ongoing power of local business growth,” Corporex Chief Operations Officer Brett Blackwell said in a news release. “Structuring this deal allowed us to align our Class A office assets at CirclePort with the long-term operational needs of another iconic, 60-year-old Northern Kentucky company, ensuring they have the modern infrastructure required to scale nationally.”
The Verst Logistics Excellence Center has been operational since June.
