A Union man was arrested Thursday on charges of committing sex crimes against an 8-year old.
Jason Kuhn, 42, was taken into custody by Boone County Sheriff’s deputies on a six-count indictment warrant that included four counts of first degree sexual abuse with a victim under 12, one count of first degree attempted sodomy with a victim under 12, and one count of persistent felony offender.
The alleged crimes took place between October 2016 and August 2017, a news release said.
Kuhn is being held at the Boone County Detention Center on $50,000 bond.
