The owners of Avenue Brew in Bellevue announced the business is for sale after operating for more than 16 years.
The coffee shop’s Facebook announcement said it was time for the owners to retire after a series of health issues.
“So we currently are looking hopefully for a local couple interested in a Turn Key Business and our goal is to Maintain the Avenue Brew Brand,” the business said on Facebook. “Avenue Brew as you know is very established to the area, it’s truly a no brainer for the right couple. This has been a very difficult decision for us so please bear with us through this process.”
