Beyond the Curb is back and this time the urban living tour is headed to Ludlow (and part of West Covington).
Well-known for its large, historic brick homes, the river city of Ludlow is on an upswing, attracting new businesses and development.
Now, the Catalytic Fund – after successful tours in Covington, Newport, and Bellevue/Dayton, brings Beyond the Curb to Ludlow, the fifth city the organization assists with development opportunities.
The tour brings people from all over the region and beyond to check out beautifully restored historic homes, newly developed residences, and all the cool living spaces in between. On Sunday, October 9, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Beyond the Tour will treat visitors to an inside look at amazing properties and opportunities in Ludlow.
