After massive successes in Covington and Newport in 2015, Beyond the Curb is back and this time the wildly popular urban living tour is headed to Bellevue and Dayton.
The Catalytic Fund launched the tour last year to showcase the amenities that come with living in Northern Kentucky’s urban core.
“Beyond the Curb was a success in 2015 as we continued to prove there is high demand for urban residential product – from apartments and condos to single family homes,” said Jeanne Schroer, president of the Catalytic Fund, a source of capital investment for urban projects in the region. “We see significant opportunities in Bellevue and Dayton right now with new businesses and redevelopment projects coming online and more planned. There is a strong tenant mix along The Avenue and green space plans continue to progress for Riverfront Commons; these are the kinds of amenities people look for in a community.
“We want to let the entire region know we already have communities offering a high quality of life in Northern Kentucky’s river cities.”

The tour will take visitors from the historic parts of the cities to the new, high-end developments near the water, showing a variety of living options. Beyond the Curb is scheduled for Sunday, April 24, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door (registration is at Manhattan Harbour).
