ABOUT BEYOND THE CURB
Beyond the Curb is an initiative of The Catalytic Fund. The objective of this initiative is to encourage urban living by showcasing and marketing Northern Kentucky’s River Cities to the Cincinnati region as ONE special urban area with a wide array of residential product types and amenities that uniquely cater to an assortment of lifestyles.
Beyond the Curb is a series of one-day self-guided urban living tours throughout Northern Kentucky’s River Cities of Ludlow, Covington, Newport, Bellevue and Dayton, Kentucky. The series is a rare opportunity to explore the interiors of several residential and commercial properties in various neighborhoods in each River City. Guests will also experience the urban lifestyle as they discover convenient amenities, local businesses, and the strong sense of community that exists in Northern Kentucky.
The tour will showcase a variety of properties; from market-rate luxury apartments and condominiums to historic mansions and single-family residences in a variety of Northern Kentucky’s eclectic neighborhoods.
Beyond the Curb offers something for everyone, from young professionals to empty nesters, as well as those interested in historic preservation, interior design, and most importantly: URBAN LIVING!

ABOUT NEWPORT
Newport, Kentucky is a city rooted in a rich history and colorful past, but it isn’t sitting still. Today, a seamless mix of new and old creates a uniquely vibrant character that is truly unmatched in the region.
This small town river city of over 15,000 residents is home to a number of big city amenities that are a result of decades of redevelopment. Beginning in the Historic East Row in the 1990s and continuing into the Westside neighborhood today, a significant effort by both public and private entities has been made to revitalize the city’s dense urban neighborhoods.
