The exit ramp to Fort Thomas and Newport on I-471 southbound is now open. Enough progress has been made on the ongoing Grand Avenue roadway rehabilitation project that the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet opened the I-471 southbound exit ramp to Grand Avenue. The project is expected to be completed by Aug. 1.
