House Bill 482, a bill sponsored by Northern Kentucky Representatives, would add the Owensboro Police Chief and the Director of the Northern Kentucky Police and Sheriff’s Training Center to the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council to help address the issue of police and police instructor recruitment.
