Approximately 1,000 food items and nearly 300 rolls of toilet paper were donated by Newport Central Catholic students, families, alumni, and community members over the weekend.

Newport Central Catholic partnered with Jim Hils and his volunteers at the St. Bernard Pantry in Dayton to hold a stock-the-shelves collection for the pantry.
“Thank you to all who shared their time and treasure to help those in our community who are in need,” the school said in a news release.
