The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce has put out a call for speakers to facilitate talks at their 2024 Talent Strategies Symposium titled “Total Talent Transformation.” The event will take place at the Erlanger branch of the Kenton County Library on March 13, 2024.

“This event showcases fresh, creative and innovative talent strategies,” said Nancy Spivey, vice president of talent strategies at the NKY Chamber, in a recent press release. “With a tight labor market coupled with strong economic growth, our region’s employers realize that traditional talent management techniques are no longer sufficient and are incorporating revolutionary policies and practices for hiring and retaining talent.”

The speakers will facilitate 30-minute round-table discussions on topics related to talent recruiting, including barriers to employment, benefits, career planning and inclusive hiring practices.

Speakers must submit their applications by Oct. 20, 2023. To submit a proposal for becoming a facilitator, visit the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce’s event page.
