Police also shared an update on Tuesday night’s shots fired call with LINK nky.

Assistant Police Chief Brian Valenti said that officers responded to multiple calls for shots fired on Garrard Street just south of 20th Street at about 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Valenti said that no one was shot and that the shots fired were not connected to Monday night’s shooting on West 17th Street.

The investigation revealed that a silver Chrysler 300 fired multiple rounds while driving, striking one parked vehicle several times.

The owner of the parked car talked to LINK Tuesday. He said one shot went in the front bumper of his car, going into the backseat where his grandchild’s car seat was located.

A bullet hole in the bumper of the car.
