Northern Kentucky-based Fischer Homes has named Chris Murphy the company’s new Chief Financial Officer and Executive Committee Member.
Murphy has spent the last 18 years at Cincinnati-based Procter & Gamble, where he held leadership positions in enterprise risk management, audit planning and, most recently, global finance operations for household name brands such as Pampers and Vicks.
“Chris will undoubtedly bring a fresh perspective to our organization,” said Fischer Homes CEO Tim McMahon. “I am excited to have his talent, knowledge and experience on the Fischer Homes team.”
Murphy said he loved working at P&G and sees his role at Fischer as an opportunity to broaden his responsibilities and help the company grow.

This focus is engrained in the culture and makes me extremely excited to be joining the team.”
Murphy attended Arizona State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in finance and biotechnology. A science enthusiast, he furthered his education by receiving a master of science degree from the University of Cincinnati.
