Former Highland Heights Council Member Edward Fessler, arrested in February on drug charges, withdrew his plea of not guilty Monday and entered a guilty plea.
Fessler’s charges include trafficking Methamphetamine, possession of LSD, and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to court documents. He previously entered a not-guilty plea on April 25.
Earlier in April, it was announced at a Highland Heights City Council Meeting that Fessler resigned from his position.
Fessler’s sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 26 at 9:15 a.m. in the Campbell County Circuit Court.
