What’s to become of the old Marianne Theater in Bellevue?
The City announced its plans to pursue purchase of the art deco structure on Fairfield Avenue in March before ultimately closing on a sale in May.
There are no specific redevelopment plans yet.
A public engagement session is scheduled for Wednesday, July 30 – in two parts. The first will allow for tours of the historic structure from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. followed by public discussion at the Callahan Center on Van Voast Avenue at 7 p.m.
