Northern Kentucky voters are invited to turn up the volume for democracy on Wednesday, October 28, as the Campbell County Democrats host the NKY Get Out the Vote Rally at Alexandria Brewing Company.
Organizers are planning what they believe will be one of the largest Get Out the Vote rallies held in Northern Kentucky in recent history. The free community event will feature School of Rock opening the show, a live performance by the Karate Girls, and special guest Charles Booker, making a stop as part of his People Over Politics Tour.
While sponsored by the Campbell County Democrats, the rally is intentionally being organized as a nonpartisan celebration of civic engagement, with everyone invited regardless of political affiliation. The goal is simple: bring Northern Kentuckians together, celebrate the right to vote and encourage as many people as possible to head to the polls on November 3.
“This isn’t about asking everyone in the crowd to agree. It’s about celebrating the fact that every one of us gets a voice,” Crimson MacDonald said. “We wanted to create something that feels less like a political event and more like a community celebration, where we gather with great music, good people and a reminder that participating in our democracy matters, regardless of your partisan affiliation.”
The event is free, open to all ages and requires NO RSVP.
