Metric North Appoints Brad Vanoss as Vice President of Sales
Cincinnati, OH — January 9, 2026 — Metric North LLC, a leader in AI consulting and digital transformation, announced today the appointment of Brad Vanoss as Vice President of Sales. Vanoss brings more than 25 years of experience in business-to-business and consumer sales management to the role, where he will oversee the company’s sales strategy and enterprise growth initiatives.
Vanoss joins Metric North with a diverse background in the financial and non-profit sectors. He previously served 10 years as a Business Development Manager, specializing in private banking and small business solutions. His expertise in project management and large-scale enterprise implementation has consistently driven operational success across complex organizations.

Concurrent to joining Metric North, Vanoss has served for five years as the Chief Executive Officer of The Purple Monkey Project. His continuing tenure as their CEO is defined by high-level strategic planning and the execution of growth and outreach initiatives for change-focused non-profits.

Vanoss’s appointment is effective immediately. He will be based out of Fairfield, OH, and serve in our Downtown Cincinnati office in the PNC Center.
