Four Northern Kentuckians are participating in Leadership Kentucky’s 2026 class.

Leadership Kentucky is a statewide leadership development program founded in 1984 that brings together established leaders from various industries for a six-month series of sessions focused on the state’s challenges and opportunities.

The Northern Kentucky members of the 52-person class are:

  • John Middleton, Commonwealth of Kentucky—Kenton County
  • Josh Quinn, meetNKY—Boone County
  • Julie Raia, OneQuest Health—Kenton County
  • Matt Swendiman, Key Bridge Compliance, LLC—Kenton County

The Leadership Kentucky program runs from June through December and includes sessions in communities across the state. Participants engage in discussions and site visits focused on issues such as economic development, education, healthcare, government, tourism, agriculture and workforce development.

Nominations and applications for the Leadership Kentucky Class of 2027 will be accessible online at leadershipky.org starting in January 2027.
