FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Moshe Kasher Brings Acclaimed One-Man Show Coda/Switch to Commonwealth Comedy Club, December 19–20
All Performances to Feature ASL Interpretation

DAYTON, KY — [December 2025] — Commonwealth Comedy Club is proud to present comedian, writer, and podcaster Moshe Kasher performing his celebrated one-man stand-up show Coda/Switch for four performances on December 19–20, with shows at 7:30 PM and 9:45 PM each night. All four performances will include ASL interpretation, expanding access and celebrating the Deaf and CODA communities.

Coda/Switch is a deeply personal and wildly funny hour of stand-up that explores Kasher’s life as a hearing child raised in an entirely Deaf family, and his years working as an ASL interpreter. Slipping between worlds, Kasher navigates ultra-Hasidic Brooklyn, drug-fueled Oakland, and even long-distance phone sex operations in the Philippines—revealing the humor, tension, and heart that come with living between identities.

Sometimes emotional. Sometimes X-rated. Always funny.

At its core, Coda/Switch is about honoring where you come from, finding where you fit in, and embracing the beautiful complexity of a life lived between cultures. The show offers a rare representation of the CODA (Children of Deaf Adults) experience in mainstream comedy, bringing visibility to Deaf culture while celebrating the absurdity and joy of navigating multiple worlds.
