Two-bedroom Boardwalk Residence condos at Newport’s new $1 billion Ovation development are now listed for purchase starting at $975,000.
All condos have two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two balconies.
“All residences will have direct elevator access from the secured parking garage directly to their own private elevator lobby,” the listing reads.
The condos were listed Tuesday afternoon, with prices ranging from $975,000 to just under $1.3 million.
Units include a washer and dryer, convection oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher and gas cooktop, in addition to a microwave and refrigerator. The units for sale are located on the first floor and include a one-car garage.
The Ovation development is in the Newport Independent School District.
The first homeowners will be able to move in starting in June 2024.
