Jessica Pass has been named the new principal of Beechwood High School. Pass currently serves as the assistant principal at Camp Ernst Middle School in Boone County. She will assume the role of principal at Beechwood HS on July 1.
“For me, this opportunity is both professionally humbling and personally meaningful,” Pass said. “Beechwood is a school defined by excellence, integrity, pride and tradition—values that permeate every classroom, every athletic field, every performance stage and every hallway. Several generations of my family have walked these halls, and Fort Mitchell has been a meaningful part of my life growing up in Northern Kentucky.”
In addition to serving as an assistant principal, Pass has worked as an English teacher, librarian and volleyball coach. She also served as the vice principal at Ryle High School, principal at Erpenbeck Elementary School and director of learning and empowerment at the regional educational cooperative NKCES, which provides various ancillary services to districts.
“My commitment is to listen first, learn deeply and lead boldly,” Pass said. “In the months ahead, I will prioritize hearing from our families, students, staff and community partners because the strongest path forward is one shaped together.”
