Fort Wright City Council has chosen Donna Ross to fill their vacant city council seat. Ross will be sworn in at the Oct. 15 council meeting.

Ross has professional experience in medical device sales and now teaches at Medical Sales College in Crestview Hills. She is also on the board of trustees for the Glengarry Homeowners Association. She was chosen out of nine candidates interviewed to fill the council seat left vacant by Dave Abeln.

“I’ve known Donna for many years, and I am looking forward to working with her,” Fort Wright Mayor Dave Hatter said. “She’s very smart, quite accomplished in the private sector, and she has the best interests of our city at heart. I am certain she will do a great job for our community.”
