A large structure fire in Covington is being investigated as arson, said Covington Police Department Capt. Justin Bradbury.
Kenton County Dispatchers said that crews responded to a structure fire Friday afternoon in the 800 block of Crescent Avenue.

Cameras belonging to LINK nky partner WCPO on the Carew Tower in downtown Cincinnati captured the smoke.
Three homes were involved in the fire. Only one of the three homes was occupied.
Officials have not said if anyone was injured in the fire. Neighbors told a WCPO crew at the scene that they believed multiple homes caught on fire, and at least one of them is abandoned.
While the fire is being investigated as arson, Bradbury said no arrests have been made.
He also did not specify how exactly the fire was started.
“The bravery and quick response of firefighters from Covington and multiple other departments are on full display as they battle a fire in the 800 block of Crescent Avenue, where two houses were unoccupied, one was occupied, and all three were involved in the fire,” Ron Washington said in a Facebook post with several images of firefighters battling the blaze.
