HomeFest 2023 is coming to the Reserve at Bellevue.
This year’s HomeFest will showcase five luxury homes from four different builders with prices starting at $700,000; the homes feature a variety of architectural styles.
The show brings in people from across the Greater Cincinnati region to tour homes each year. This year a virtual experience allowing visitors to explore the showcase online will also be available.
The builders will be on hand to answer questions, provide advice or discuss their showcase home. Designers and suppliers will also be on hand to provide information on their products and services.
The Reserve at Bellevue is a community on over 16 acres near the Ohio River. It is located at 724 Covert Run Pike.
HomeFest will begin on May 6 and run through May 21; tours are available Tuesdays through Fridays from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m., Saturdays from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m., and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m.
The virtual component of the show will be available online here. The site will contain tours and videos and allow visitors to catalog their favorite features and communicate directly with the industry professionals that are a part of HomeFest.
