A benefit featuring local rock ‘n roll band HardWyred will take place at the Ludlow Vets Hall on Saturday from 12 noon to 4 p.m.
According to a representative from the band, 100% of the proceeds and tips from the concert will go to benefit the local veterans’ association.
The event will be hosted by Lori Davenport and Abigail Miller, who came up with the idea for the concert upon learning that a former treasurer allegedly stole about $8,000 from Ludlow Vets to pay off his girlfriend’s Playboy contract.
