Fischer Homes announced Tuesday that it was opening sales for a new Fischer Homes subdivsision in Florence called the Glenns at Gunpowder, located off of Gunpowder Road near US-42 and I-71/75.
“We’re thrilled to return to Florence with fresh opportunities for homebuyers,” said Gemma Maxwell, market president for Fischer Homes Northern Kentucky Division, in a press release. “Glenns at Gunpowder offers an ideal blend of convenience, community, and connection—perfect for homebuyers who want the benefits of new construction close to everything Northern Kentucky has to offer.”
The subdivision will feature homes from Fischer’s Maple Street Collection. Prices fall between $330,000 and $470,000, according to the home builder. This will be Fischer’s first Boone County Development in several years. The area falls into Boone County Schools district’s area.
