A winter weather advisory in Boone, Kenton and Campbell counties is expected to bring several inches of snow between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. Tuesday morning, according to the National Weather Service.

One to three inches of snow is expected during that time. Campbell County has already scheduled a level 1 snow emergency to take effect at 8 a.m.

“Plan on slippery road conditions,” the National Weather Service warns. “The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.”
