Engagement, well-being, and retention of employees, recruiting and onboarding the right employees, and supporting diversity and inclusion in the workplace; these are just some reasons that five entrepreneurs decided to launch the Center for Great Work Performance.
Based in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, the Center for Great Work Performance, is a consulting agency that advises companies on how to create positive, proactive, and sustainable work performance, according to founder and facilitator Jim Wulfeck.
“We see communities, organizations, and their workforces striving for excellence and getting great results every day,” Wulfeck said.
Wulfeck said the mission is to empower and engage organizations and their employees to become “Great performing MVPs.” He said clients would achieve transformational outcomes by leveraging what they learn at the Center for Great Work Performance.
The leadership team of Jim Wulfeck, Jeff Heinichen, Kurt Wells, Doug Goodwin, and Yvan Demosthenes are entrepreneurs who have built, managed, and sold startups to businesses worth over $200 million in revenue.
