Tucked away on Centennial Boulevard in Independence, Crewitts Creeks offers a classic bar and barbecue atmosphere.
Menu highlights include the, ahem, G.O.A.T Balls – which are the in-house meatballs smothered in marinara sauce and goat cheese – five different mac ‘n cheese dishes and a myriad of sandwiches, burgers and entrees. Oh, yeah, plus a whole brunch menu.

Hometown Heroes Sports Cafe
You’re going to want to add that gym membership to your list of New Year’s resolutions after checking out Hometown Heroes in Dayton because their finger food selections are sure to fill your heart (and waist) with joy for the holidays.

Kaylah’s Place

You can find Kaylah’s Place at the south end of the region in Verona, and although some of the other places in this list have breakfast fare, none make it their specialty quite like Kaylah’s Place.
You got all the classics here: French toast, waffles, pancakes and the restaurant’s flagship handmade biscuits and gravy.

You’ll find something to like at Pee Wee’s Place in Crescent Springs.
