Scott High School Principal Anthony Procaccino is being charged after Kenton County Police received a video that allegedly shows him using a beer bong with high school students on New Year’s Eve of 2023.

“The complaint was brought forth by the mother of one of the involved juveniles, who also provided videos of the incident,” according to a press release from Sgt. Aaron Schihl with the Kenton County Police Department.

At the time of the incident, Procaccino was still the principal at White’s Tower Elementary School. He started at Scott on July 1, 2024, according to a tweet from the Kenton County School District.

“The juveniles observed in the videos have been identified as students of Scott and Simon Kenton High Schools and ranged in age from 16 to 17 years at the time of the incident,” Schihl said in the release.

Procaccino was charged with two counts of aiding or assisting any person under 21 from being served alcoholic beverages.

Cody Wolf has been named interim principal at Scott High School.

Kenton County School District’s Director of Public Information and Community Engagement, Jess Dykes, told LINK nky that the district is aware of the investigation.
