Eric Deters is bringing several high-profile Republicans to his Freedom Fest event at his farm in Morningview.

Eric Deters, the gubernatorial candidate and former attorney, is bringing the Trump brothers to Northern Kentucky for the second iteration of Freedom Fest on Sept. 10 at his farm in Morningview.

“This is the second year,” Deters said. “We plan to do it the Saturday closest to Patriot’s Day, Sept. 11, every year.”

Deters said he had 8,000 people in attendance last year, and he thinks there is potential for a larger crowd this year.

Kimberly Guilfoyle, one of this year’s guests and girlfriend of Donald Trump Jr., recently tweeted about the event.

The lineup for this year’s event recently changed, and when asked, Deters said it was a conversation with Guilfoyle that led to Trump Jr. signing up to speak.

“I consider myself Kim’s friend,” Deters said. “She called me and suggested I invite Junior. I did, and he said ‘Yes.’ Spoke to him. He’s my favorite Trump.”

The speaker list also includes Eric Trump, Candace Owens, and Seth Dillion, the president of the Babylon Bee. Lastly, there is a chance the former president himself will make an appearance, according to Deters.

“These speakers love a good crowd,” Deters said. “My idea is to build this into a weekend political Woodstock. Next year we plan to have a whole weekend, including a country music festival.”

Deters has another event set up for Oct. 6 in Pikeville, featuring Newt Gingrich and Dinesh D’Souza. He will hold another one in Jefferson County on Oct. 20 with former Wisconsin Sheriff David Clarke.

“I am scheduling and holding 10 of these across the state,” Deters said.

Somerset, Lexington, Paducah, Owensboro, Ashland, Hopkinsville, and Bowling Green are also in the works, Deters said.

Correction: An earlier version of this story stated that Kimberly Guilfoyle is the wife of Donald Trump Jr. It has been corrected to show she is his girlfriend.
