The Boone County Sheriff’s Office said a missing Marine Corps veteran has been found safe, according to a press release sent out Friday morning.
The sheriff’s office said they were looking for the man, whose last known location had been in Villa Hills at around 9:53 p.m. Thursday night.
The sheriff’s office issued a new release at around 9:41 a.m. that said the man had been found safe and was in contact with Boone County’s Veteran Response Team.
