Northern Kentucky sent two teams to compete for state football championships and both delivered.
Beechwood rolled over Raceland in the Class 1A finals on Friday afternoon, winning its second straight championship, 41 to 0 over Raceland.
On Saturday night, Covington Catholic completed its perfect season with a 15-0 record, beating Madison Southern, 49 to 13 for the Class 5A crown.
