Oh, what a treat you’re in for this weekend in Newport!

Beyond The Curb is back! After a successful spring launch in Covington, Northern Kentucky’s urban living tour crosses the Licking River with a list of properties that will have you salivating to be part of the region’s urban renaissance.

The listings on Sunday’s tour range from the luxury penthouse to the small apartment, and from the beautifully renovated historic homes to the diamonds in the rough just beginning their transformation.

“We know that the demand for urban living options is strong in Greater Cincinnati because any time a new property is developed, it’s fully leased prior to the construction even being completed,” said Jeanne Schroer, president of the Catalytic Fund, which produces the tour. “Beyond the Curb provides us with an opportunity to welcome people unacquainted with Northern Kentucky’s river cities in an easy-to-navigate day to explore all of the urban lifestyle and all of its amenities.”

During the Covington event, more than 60 different zip codes were represented by the roughly 600 people in attendance. In an attendee post-event survey from Beyond the Curb | Covington, 92% of respondents stated they would attend another event in a different river city and despite extremely inclement weather, 88% said their perception of urban living and the options available in Northern Kentucky positively changed after the tour.

The Catalytic Fund has played a significant role in the development of new residential and commercial units in Northern Kentucky’s urban cities, emphasizing the region’s comfortable urban lifestyle with walkable neighborhoods, lively small business districts, parks, markets, and coveted views of the Cincinnati skyline.

With the purchase of a Beyond the Curb ticket tour-goers will receive: admission to exclusive behind the scenes tours of 13-featured Newport properties, month-long local business discounts, free parking, and the opportunity to win a luxurious basket filled with products made and sold in the Northern Kentucky River Cities.
