Fort Thomas has added another dining option.
The Olde Fort Pub had a soft opening for the kitchen tonight. They are featuring a smaller “Mess Hall” menu with shareable foods: wings, fried mac and cheese, nachos.
“Our customers and friends have been asking us about it. Â We love this community and think between the front patio and back porch it’s a nice option,” said Mike Arnzen, whose family has owned the Olde Fort Pub since its inception. “Our menu will be evolving at first. We want the menu to reflect what our customers want. Community input has always been a priority for us.”
Next week there will be more items added to the menu such as salads, burgers and sandwiches.
“We’re going to try and do specials we think people will love. Wing specials, a fried chicken dinner on Sundays. We’re hoping to add more traditions to a community that is chock full on tradition,” said Arnzen.Â
No tip will be necessary with their minimal service menu. Think Eli’s BBQ. Place your order at the bar and when it’s ready they’ll call you. Or you can leave your number and they’ll text you when it’s ready. With the outdoor seating and the patio seating in the back, the Pub has once again evolved to make Fort Thomas even more livable.
See you there.
