The OneNKY Center in Covington has been honored as the “Office Deal of the Year” by the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
Owned by the Northern Kentucky Port Authority, the building, which is located at 209 Greenup St., first opened in September last year.
It houses several of the region’s economic development organizations and other powerful organizations, including the NKY Chamber of Commerce, meetNKY (the region’s tourism bureau), the OneNKY Alliance, The Catalytic Fund of Northern Kentucky, BE NKY Growth Partnership, Horizon Community Funds of Northern Kentucky, and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, among others. The building currently houses ten tenant businesses and orgs.
“This project was built through the vision, partnership and dedication of countless community leaders, investors, organizations and construction partners who believed in creating a shared home for Northern Kentucky’s growth organizations, and we are honored to see the OneNKY Center recognized with this award,” said NKY Port Authority Executive Director Christine Russell. “The OneNKY Center represents the power of collaboration and a unified approach to advancing our region’s future.”
Corporex served as the development and construction manager for the $26 million, 47,000-square-foot building.
