A block of abandoned and neglected shotgun-style houses is reborn in Covington thanks to the Center for Great Neighborhoods.
The ambitious project was announced last September as an effort to offer live-work spaces for artists. In December, The River City News took readers on a tour inside the first finished Shotgun Row property.
The Center for Great Neighborhoods has worked for thirty-eight years on creative placemaking in Covington.
