The Newport City Commission meets Monday for its regular caucus session.
Topics slated for discussion include bicycle operation on sidewalks, the Route 8 culvert, vacant residential properties, infrastructure bond issue, a text amendment (zoning), and board appointments.
The meeting starts at 7 p.m. and will be held in the first floor multi-purpose room at the Newport City Building, 998 Monmouth Street.
