An alleged puppy mill is discovered in Alexadnria and now a man is behind bars facing charges of second degree animal cruelty.

 

Eighteen dalmations and golden retrievers were rescued from the puppy mill Kramer is accused of operating in Alexandria.

 

Reports say the dogs were found soaking wet, covered in their own feces, and kept outside in below-freezing temperatures.

 

Investigators had reportedly been watching the facility for several weeks. 

 

The recovered animals are being kept at the Kenton County Animal Shelter.
