Covington Police Chief Spike Jones will discuss the heroin epidemic that is threatening the health of Covington’s business districts. The Covington Business Council invited Jones to speak at a public meeting Wednesday, November 21 at the Artisan Enterprise Center (25 West Seventh Street) from 8:00 – 9:00AM. According to CBC executive director Pat Frew, Chief Jones also wants to hear personal experiences with the heroin epidemic and to create a productive dialogue with the business community.
