Covington’s North Pole Express Mail Service returns for the holidays
The City of Covington’s Parks and Recreation Department has brought back its North Pole Express Mail Service, allowing kids to drop their letters to Santa in a drop box found in City Hall, and is also hosting a free community holiday event on Dec. 13.
