The Kenton County Planning Commission has approved zoning regulations for medical cannabis businesses in Crestview Hills, which will now return to the city council for final approval.
10 NKY cities vote in favor of medical cannabis operations
All Northern Kentucky cities that put medical cannabis operations on the ballot have passed them, and starting Jan. 1, 2025, medical cannabis will be legal in the state of Kentucky, with each city responsible for creating zoning regulations to make way for or not allow those types of businesses to operate.
$11.2 million awarded to NKY transportation projects
