Locust Road in Covington closed to through traffic April 20-23
Locust Road in Covington is scheduled for daytime closures between Whites and Feiser roads from April 20 to 23. The closure will allow crews to replace two cross drains. Residents will still have access, but all through traffic will be rerouted from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
