The City of Florence invites the community to cool off and celebrate the holiday season early during Christmas in July at the Florence Aquatic Center on Saturday, July 25. This festive event combines summer fun with the spirit of giving by supporting Go Pantry, an organization dedicated to helping local children and families facing food insecurity.
Guests can enjoy a day at the pool while making a meaningful impact in the community. Admission is $5 per person or three canned food items per person, with all food donations benefiting Go Pantry.
The most requested donation items include:
• Canned pasta
• Fruit cups
Whether guests choose to pay admission or bring food donations, every contribution will help stock Go Pantry’s shelves and provide meals to local students and families throughout the year.
Residents are encouraged to bring their holiday spirit, enjoy a refreshing day at the Florence Aquatic Center, and help make Christmas in July a memorable event for the entire community.
