F.O.C.U.S. Program Empowers Teens and Young Adults with Executive Functioning Skills for Everyday Success!

Florence, KY Perspectives is proud to announce the launch of F.O.C.U.S., an innovative executive functioning program designed to support teens and young adults who struggle with organization, time management, planning, and follow-through.

Many young people face challenges managing daily responsibilities, staying organized, and adapting to changing demands. The F.O.C.U.S. program addresses these needs through a structured, supportive, and neurodiversity-affirming approach that meets participants where they are.

F.O.C.U.S. offers a small-group environment where individuals can build essential life skills through real-world practice and guided instruction. The program is designed to foster confidence, independence, and long-term success in school, work, and daily life.

Participants in the F.O.C.U.S. program will develop skills in:
• Organization and task initiation
• Time management and planning
• Working memory and follow-through
• Emotional regulation and flexibility
• Self-advocacy and problem solving

Enrollment is now open for upcoming sessions. Families, caregivers, and professionals are encouraged to learn more about how F.O.C.U.S. can support their teen or young adult in building the skills needed for greater independence.
