CINCINNATI, OH. – Skanska, a leading construction and development company committed to sustainable and inclusive practices, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ashleigh DuBois as the new community outreach manager for Skanska’s building operations in Ohio and Tennessee.
In her role, DuBois will spearhead Skanska’s efforts to establish and nurture an inclusive subcontractor base that reflects and supports the diverse communities in which Skanska operates. With a focus on fostering meaningful partnerships and driving positive change, DuBois will collaborate with clients, vendors, and community partners to maximize opportunities for small and diverse firms.

DuBois brings over a decade of experience in community outreach and engagement, most recently working for the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She holds a Masters degree in Higher Education / Higher Education Administration from Rochester University.
