Collection21, an Elranger-based vintage car collection that features about 240 vintage vehicles, will open its doors to the public between Dec. 18 and Dec. 23 and solicit donations to benefit local housing nonprofit, Housing Opportunities of Northern Kentucky. In addition, the collection will host a large model train display.
Volunteers will host the event for a suggested entry donation of $15. Kids aged 12 and under get in for free. All donations with benefit Housing Opportunities of Northern Kentucky lease-to-own housing program.
“Highlights of the collection include a 1903 Oldsmobile Curved Dash, a 1911 Red Ford Model T Torpedo Roundabout, a 1932 Plymouth PB Roadster, a 1937 Cord 812 Phaeton Convertible, a 1952 Crosley station wagon, a 1954 Kaiser Darrin, a 1956 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Convertible, 1963 split-window Corvettes and a 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado Deluxe, among many others,” according to a recent press release. “A healthy mix of classic pickup trucks, panel trucks and work trucks are included. You don’t have to be a car enthusiast to appreciate all that’s here.”
Visitors should allow at least an hour to view the entire collection. Doors open at 10 a.m. every day, and the last entry occurs at 3 p.m.
