Northern Kentucky consulting firm TiER1 Performance continues to expand its footprint with the recent acquisition of Doylestown, Pennsylvania-based consulting firm Pro-Active Performance, per a press release from the company.
Pro-Active Performance is a consulting firm that focuses on the automobile industry. Specifically, it serves executives that work in the learning and development, customer service and sales departments. It’s TiER1’s second acquisition since July when they announced the purchase of Washington D.C.-based firm THRUUE.
“TiER1’s mindset, culture and approach to doing business are all aligned with how Pro-Active has built and grown its business,” Pro-Active’s Founder and CEO Jim Shute said in the release. “Pro-Active complements TiER1 in many ways. This partnership provides structure and scale that we believe both our clients and team members will find compelling.”
Founded by Shute in 2002, Pro-Active has worked with large automobile firms such as Audi, BMW, Land Rover, Lexus, Porsche, and Volvo.
“At TiER1, we’ve always recognized the power of investing in employees particularly when it comes to bringing a brand’s strategy and vision to life. Pro-Active’s services have accentuated that particularly for the automotive industry,” TiER1 CEO Greg Harmeyer said in the release. “That synergy, along with Pro-Active’s deep commitment to client relationships and a great company culture, make this a great fit for continued value creation for clients in the future.”
